Here are some of the most common sound issues people face: &#x2022; Very low or muted volume on the TV or external speakers &#x2022; Incorrectly configured sound settings &#x2022; External speakers or soundbars that aren&apos;t properly connected &#x2022; Unhooked cables, ports, or misconfigured settings of media devices such as the receiver, DVD player, or gaming console that aren&apos;t connected to the TV &#x2022; Hardware failure of the TV&apos;s internal components, external speaker, or media devices.&#xA0;Please try some of the steps below and see if they can help with your TV&apos;s sound issues, the following tips can help you recover the sound on your device, however, unfortunately, sometimes it may be more than an easy fix and your TV may need to come back to us. 1. Increase the volume on your TV and/or your connected media device (streaming player, cable or satellite box, etc.) and ensure your TV is not muted. 2. Please ensure there is power running to the socket and both the soundbar and TV will have the power indicator light to show they are both running.
