Why Can’t I Download the Kayo App on Some ENGLAON TVs?

This behaviour is related to app compatibility settings defined by the Kayo platform, rather than a problem with the television.

Streaming providers decide which devices their apps support. If a device is not included in the provider’s supported device list, the app may not appear in the Google Play Store.

This limitation is determined by the app provider, not by the television manufacturer.

Your TV will continue to operate normally, and all other apps and functions will work as expected.

• ENGLAON TVs running Google TV 5.0
