How to Use Chromecast on ENGLAON Android TV / Google TV

Chromecast is built-in on all ENGLAON Smart TVs. This allows you to stream content directly from your phone, tablet, or laptop to your TV.

What You Need

Before you start, make sure:

• TV is powered on
• TV is connected to Wi-Fi
• Your phone / tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network
• You are using a supported app (e.g. YouTube, Netflix, Spotify)

When Should I Use Chromecast?

Chromecast is especially useful when:

• An app is not available on your TV (e.g. Kayo on some models)
• You want faster typing/search using your phone
• You prefer using your phone as a remote

Steps:

1. Open an app on your phone (e.g. YouTube or Netflix)
2. Tap the Cast icon 
3. Select your ENGLAON TV from the list
4. Choose the video/content you want to play

Common Issues & Fixes

TV not showing on Cast list?

• Restart TV and phone
• Check both are on same Wi-Fi
• Turn Wi-Fi off/on on your phone
