How Does ENGLAON Handle Warranty?

ENGLAON handles approved warranty claims on a return-to-base basis.

This means that if your product is suspected to have a fault covered under warranty, it may need to be returned to ENGLAON or our nominated service location for inspection, testing, repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.

Does ENGLAON Provide On-Site Repair?

No.ENGLAON does not provide on-site repair, home visit repair, or technician call-out service.

All approved warranty claims are handled through our return-to-base process.

How the Process Works

1. Contact Support First

Before returning any product, please contact ENGLAON Support first.

Please provide:

  • order number, invoice number, or proof of purchase
  • product model
  • serial number, if available
  • issue description
  • photos and/or short video
  • troubleshooting already completed

2. Initial Review

Our team may guide you through troubleshooting first to confirm whether the issue is likely to be a product fault.

3. Return If Required

If inspection is required, ENGLAON will provide return instructions.

Please do not return any product without approval.

4. Assessment

Returned products must be inspected before a final warranty outcome can be confirmed.

5. Outcome

If the issue is covered under warranty, ENGLAON will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution where applicable.

What Is Not Normally Covered?

Warranty does not normally cover:

  • accidental damage
  • liquid damage
  • misuse
  • incorrect installation
  • unauthorised repair or modification
  • no fault found
  • setup / signal / source issues
  • damage caused by poor return packaging

Important Notes

  • return approval is required before sending any product back
  • ENGLAON does not provide advance replacement units
  • ENGLAON does not provide loan units
  • freight arrangements depend on the assessment outcome
