How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
This allows you to:
• Track your parcel location
• Monitor delivery progress
• Check estimated delivery dates
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after the parcel has been collected by the courier.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking updates can occasionally be delayed by courier systems.
Please allow:
• 24–48 hours for the first tracking update after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days, please contact our support team and we will assist in checking the shipment with the courier.
If my order contains multiple items, will they arrive together?
Not always.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels due to:
• Item size
• Warehouse stock location
• Courier handling requirements
This means packages from the same order may arrive on different days.
