Can I visit the ENGLAON showroom?

Yes. Our Campbellfield, Victoria showroom displays the full range of ENGLAON TVs and accessories.

At our showroom, you can:

• View selected products in person
• Try selected models before purchase
• Receive expert product advice
• Explore a wide range of available stock

Showroom hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST

Important for New Zealand customers:
Our showroom is available in Australia only. New Zealand orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner (3PL) in Auckland, so showroom visits and in-person browsing are not available in New Zealand.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. Australian customers can select Store Pickup at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a collection notification. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during business hours.

When collecting your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation number
• A valid photo ID

Is store pickup available in New Zealand?

No. Store pickup is not available in New Zealand.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched through our local logistics partner (3PL) in Auckland. This allows orders to be shipped safely and efficiently, but it also means pickup and showroom visits are not available.

When will my pickup order be ready?

Most pickup orders are ready within 2 hours during business hours.
