How to Order a Replacement Remote for Your ENGLAON TV

If your ENGLAON TV remote is not working, damaged, or lost, please follow the guide below to determine whether you are eligible for a free replacement or need to purchase a new remote.


Step 1 — Before You Order (Quick Checks)

Before replacing your remote, we recommend checking:

Step 2 — Check Warranty Eligibility

1. Under Warranty (Product-Related Issue)

If your remote issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and your product is within the 12-month warranty period:

  • A replacement remote will be provided at no cost
  • Issue must be verified by ENGLAON Support

How to Request a Free Replacement

Please email ENGLAON Support and include:

  • Tax Invoice or Order Number
  • TV Model Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video (if available)

Our team will assess your case and confirm eligibility.


Replacement is not covered under warranty if the remote is:

  • Out of warranty
  • Lost
  • Physically damaged (e.g. dropped, liquid damage, pet damage)
  • Affected by battery leakage or misuse
