• Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $50 for standard-size items.
• Orders below AUD $50 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $10.

For oversized products (such as larger TVs or outdoor TVs), shipping costs vary depending on the product size and delivery location. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.

New Zealand

• Free standard shipping on orders over NZD $200 for standard-size items.
• Orders below NZD $200 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of NZD $20.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, ENGLAON ships only within Australia and New Zealand.

Do you ship to rural or remote areas?

Yes. ENGLAON ships to most rural and remote areas across Australia and New Zealand.

However, delivery times may be longer depending on courier service coverage.

How long does delivery take?

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Orders are dispatched from our Auckland 3PL warehouse.

• Other national freight carriers when required

New Zealand

• Post Haste (via our Auckland fulfilment centre)

The courier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email together with the tracking number.

Do you offer express shipping?

Australia

Yes. Express shipping may be available for selected products and locations.

Availability depends on:

• Parcel size
• Courier network

If express shipping is available, it will appear as an option during checkout.

New Zealand

Express shipping is currently not available. All NZ orders are shipped using standard Post Haste delivery.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Australia

Yes. Delivery to PO Boxes is available via Australia Post.

New Zealand

Unfortunately, our NZ fulfilment partner cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Delivery schedules are managed by the courier companies.
