A true 4K + Dolby Atmos setup requires the full system to work together. The content, streaming plan, TV, soundbar, audio connection, and internet connection all need to support the required format.
What Is Required for a True 4K + Dolby Atmos Setup?

For example, to watch Kayo in 4K, the customer needs a 4K-supported Kayo plan, selected 4K content, a compatible 4K TV or device, and a stable internet connection.
If one part is missing, the customer may still receive improved picture or sound, but they will not receive the full 4K + Dolby Atmos result.

What If the Customer Does Not Have an X90Pro Series TV?
If the customer’s TV is not an X90Pro Series model, they may not receive the full 4K + Dolby Atmos result.
For example:
- if the TV is not 4K, it cannot display true 4K picture
- if the TV does not support Dolby Atmos properly, it may not pass through the correct Dolby Atmos audio signal
- if the content does not support Dolby Atmos, the soundbar cannot create a true Dolby Atmos source experience
- if the app plan does not support 4K, the picture will not be true 4K
- if the internet connection is weak, the stream may reduce picture quality automatically
In this case, the 12VSBMAXDA can still improve the sound, but the customer may not receive the full 4K + Dolby Atmos setup.
For HD or Full HD ENGLAON TVs, the 12VSBV3 is usually already a suitable option for clearer and stronger everyday TV sound.
