How to exit Store/Retail ModeUpdated 9 days ago


If your X70 TV is stuck in retail mode, follow the steps below to turn it off!

  1. Press the Settings button on your remote control
  2. Select Device Preferences
  3. Scroll down to Retail Mode
  4. Turn off Retail Mode


If your M Series TV is stuck in retail mode, follow the steps below to turn it off!

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote control
  2. Select System
  3. Scroll to Settings
  4. Scroll down to Retail Mode
  5. Turn off Retail Mode


If your X90 TV is stuck in retail mode, follow the steps below to turn it off!

  1. Press the Settings button on your remote control
  2. Select the "Cog" icon
  3. Select System
  4. Scroll down to Retail Mode
  5. Turn off Retail Mode
